Standard Service Agreement

As of January 1 2024

Labor rates for all services including Surveillance Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, Burglar Alarm Systems, Intercom Systems & Access Control Systems – response time is within 72 hours. Drive time is door to door – inside of the State of New York including the five boroughs and Long Island. Expect a 1-3 service request lead time for all normal service request. 

Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. For all service request drive time starts and stops from our office located at Pearl River NY 10901.

1. Fire Alarm Service $225.00 per man hour (3-hour minimum)
2. Burglar Alarm, Surveillance System, Access Control & Intercom Systems $175.00 per hour (3-hour minimum)

Saturday, Sunday or Holidays service rates - For all emergency service request drive time starts and stops from our office located at Pearl River NY 10901.

1. Fire Alarm Service $450.00 per man hour (4-hour minimum)
2. Burglar Alarm, Surveillance System, Access Control & Intercom Systems $350.00 per hour (4-hour minimum)

Overtime Labor Rate:

Monday – Friday before 8:00 am or after 5:00 pm - For all emergency service requests, drive time starts and stops from our office located at Pearl River NY 10901. 

1. Fire Alarm Service $462.50 per man hour (4-hour minimum)
2. Burglar Alarm, Surveillance System, Access Control & Intercom Systems $257.50 per hour (4-hour minimum)

Prices are subjected to taxes unless otherwise notified of tax exempt.
