2. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to: Products that have been installed or used. Items not in their original condition or packaging. Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or neglect.

3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@secureitsecurities.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.

4. Shipping Costs:  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.

5. Refund or Exchange: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Exchanges will be processed promptly, and you will be provided with the necessary shipping details.
